Cris Cyborg is clearly the best fighter in women's mma. What does Strikeforce do with her now? If Carano had been able to go deeper into the fight, say to either round 4 or 5, then a rematch would be acceptable. But with Carano not even making it past the first round, in my opinion a rematch is totally pointless. Carano was totally in over her head last night. Maybe Strikeforce can tear a page out of pro wrestling and make Cyborg's next fight be a handicap match; two against one. I was very letdown by Carano's performance. At least she made weight. It will be a very long time before we see another female fight take center stage at a mma event. Maybe Carano should give the WWE a call and try her hand at "sports entertainment" style fighting. It was nice while it lasted, but bye bye Gina.
